Aurora Weekender Anniversary
Hello all and yes we had a busy weekend!! We were on board by 12.15 starting on the gold drinkies and still on them at three Martini Martini Martini Martini Martini . We found time to go to our cabin but no cases so it was back to the bar. Eventually unpacked and went for a look around to see if there were any crew that we knew.Needent have woried as we knew all of them. Dined in Cafe B on both nights and food and staff were excellent as usual.Only problem is that this dining area is going over to Marco Pierre White in September and at £30/head I think we will have to give it a miss. The cruise was a little rowdy(so I was told)5 hen nights and 3 weddings us men were out numbered Razz . Stayed in Champions on Saturday as it was chucking it down but we had a good excuse as it was our 21st anniversary. First thing was up to Pennant Bar to see our good friend Amit and there was not a sole there,it was freezing cold with strong winds.So our buddy lent us a couple of P&O jackets I was Benji or something like that and Marion was Elvis!! 10.30am is not too early for champagne is it Rolling Eyes We had a great afternoon chatting to whoever sat near us (like you do). A good evening followed and then it was time to depart boo hoo.Never mind back again in September on Arcadia for the Fjords.
