You can just make out the Aus. coastline
so it gives an idea of how far out to sea she goes

Tahitian Princess anchored at Rarotonga

Was trying for a bit this afternoon to see if there were any "surfcams" close to Brisbane that one would have a chance to see PP on. Hardest thing is to try to figure out just where the various beaches ARE
I am pretty sure there is at least one near Sydney, though, where you can see ships leaving the harbor

The only beach I can think of would be Manly (ocean side).Do they have a cam?If there were any others the ship would be too far away.
There are some on the Gold Coast ,but when we have cruised up there you can only just see the tops of the high rise apartments from the ship.
To get into Brisbane they have to go up the Sunshine Coast as far as Caloundra, then come back down again.
David, :D , so OF COURSE I had to go look :D
This was captured last December....very bad picture, but a SHIP and it was on the Cronulla beach cam. I THINK :?: :?: :?: that it was the ferry from Sydney to Tasmania, which was still running at the time

Oz has almost as many beach cams as beaches, and, boy, were they busy today/yesterday :D :D The default on this cam site is still another Sydney Harbor cam, and a nice one :D

Probably NOT my choice for a cruise, today  :D

Yes, I think I could pass on that one also :)
Whole trip across seems to take about 35 min........., during which, I hope, one can sit in ones auto with the HEAT ON :D
Crystal must have the best HD cameras around.
Same resolution you see when you go to buy a LCDHD TV.
Now all the ships should ante up...from the proceeds of the art auctions.
Had to adjust this picture from Mercury webcam because it is terrible lately. Celebrity replace Mercury webcam !
