Yes, back home safe. Our waiters provided Essie and Lizzie a cushion for their chair in the dining room so they could sort of see the top of the table...One night they put out a plate of salad with two cocktail forks...CJ

I hope Essie has been good :) . Programme on BBC this evening, a flashback to a programme they showed back in the mid 1990's, filmed on Galaxy and featured a singer from Yorkshire, Jane McDonald, but also showed some of the passengers including a Mrs Goodman who had with her a large teddy bear called Edwina who had her seat at the dining table and liked salmon and champagne :D She had various soft friends with her and arranged a buffet in her cabin for them with quite a variety of food to sample :)
1st of our 'reality shows' which made Jane McDonald's name.
I love watching her on 'Loose Women.'

Thank you...I have pretty much written the review (more a travelogue) and have been wading through the pictures, 1400 of them...not counting the more than 600 my sister took. I am going to post it/them in sections to make it easier to get through. CJ

Glad you had a great cruise look forward to the review. I may even get to finish mine off now my laptop has been retrieved after I accidentally left it behind after our recent trip away :shock: :oops:

the review is ready...but the pictures aren't. I ran into a little problem...the pictures are all on my computer, all 1400 of them, plus the 600+ of my sister...and I uploaded them to my Kodak Gallery in groups so as to focus on the different ports. but when I went to start posting links...they weren't there! It seems you have to purchase something yearly to maintain a free membership, and I hadn't made a purchase since May 2007. They claim they sent me an email in June, and another in July, which I don't recall receiving...they are still there, I just can't access them. I had to make a small purchase...a picture from a friend's album...and then they will restore my gallery a week later. That should be today or tomorrow...CJ
