The new strategy, a three-hour dream cruise on the Dal Lake, seems to be attracting a lot of tourists. "It's very relaxing, it's wonderful. The view outside is beautiful and stunning. The government should go quietly along with this and start investing in such projects," a tourist, Peterson says.
