The cable car will take you up to Monte. €20 There you can ride part way down the hill in a wicker basket. €20 Or an open top bus tour around teh city of Funchal, I think it is €16. Balloon ride whish only lasts 10 mins, but gives you a superb view of the harbour.€15 All prices approx

Funny but last Sunday the site looked the same but when I posted the picture of Albatros in port the picture came out large! I had no idea why :? at the time but I guess they were in the process of changing over! :D Madeira has the best cams!!! :D

Thanks Manuela. I have so many "favorite" places on the island, that there are still places I haven't seen, but I will. :-) Every trip I hit my favs and then add a few more.

Needs a little fine tuning.

It tends to be a little more noisy on that side but anything to oblige :lol:
