Not exactly a cruise to stalk BUT - on September 20 - 3 days after Liz has left Europe and the Buergel's great hospitality - Wolfgang & Connie's daughter Iris will be arriving in Sydney :D Iris is coming to Australia to work and travel for a year and will spend the first week or two with me while she settles in. There will of course be a STALK arranged at some point while she is here in Sydney :mrgreen:

What great fun the youngsters have today! Could almost make an old dame jealous! :lol: But in the 60s when I was young lots of people did the same thing but I was too conservative and went to work in an office instead.

My parents would never have paid for me to vacation/travel anywhere but home for vacation, while classmates were going to Europe or the Caribbean. My first 'real' vacation was an airline sponsored package to Curacao. The next year I tried a cruise. Ten days on the Homeric, steerage class: bathroom/shower down the hall...I didn't really starte to travel until I joined the army and got stationed in Germany. CJ

Hi folks...well, I'm thrilled Wolfgang & Connies daughter is not only visiting Oz, but staying with me for a week or so :D It will be my pleasure to extend as much Aussie hospitality as I can, and hope that she enjoys her time here! As the saying goes....."our global family grows wider" ! So nice to have people you (almost) know when you arrive in a strange country! Most of you will recall that Iris and her friend stayed with Liz in NJ last year....there are great photos somewhere on here? Mind you, I haven't heard from Wolfgang since Iris proposed her visit.....maybe he is worred about her staying with me... :shock: NAAAAH! :mrgreen: :wink:

i had go on her she is one of mine favorite ship form Tallink´s fleet and also i will buy a new camera and use it on mine trip :D Victoria docks in Frihamen wich is Tallink terminal and its not in camera range :(

Well we have to take our cruise that was booked for Sept. 23 to the Eastern Caribbean off of the stalking list. The company is sending me to Australia to work from Sep thru Nov. So I guess that is a bigger cruise. Trish will be going along for some of the time.
