Any cruise that goes somewhere I haven't been has to be great. Only place I have been to on that list is Lahaina. CJ

I'm with you CJ, anyplace I haven't been is great! Looking forward to the South Pacific ports, never been there. But also will enjoy NZ and Australia, it's impossible to get enough of those countries. NZ because it is so beautiful and Australia because there is so much to see.

Carol - good to see you have posted your itinerary !
October 24 is in my diary :D :D :D
Now that we have moved, and I am (almost) unpacked - I'll send you a PM with my new contact details 8)

Very good, thanks. We are staying at the Marriott Harbour. I'm sure we will get there before we can check in so we'll just have them hold our bags and go play!!
Have you, or anyone, used the luggage storage facilities downtown Sydney? I think I'm gong to store 2 bags there then when we return from our Outback/Cairns adventure we'll pick them up to fly home. Much easier than carrying all that luggage. One place charges $10 for a week, the other was $25 but I read they are more secure. Should be easy, it's on George St. which I think is a block away from the Marriott.
Ok, back to packing clothes! I hate this part.

Carol...didn't know about luggage storage facilities in the city :?: Mind you, I would have no real reason to use them. George Street is indeed close to the Marriott Harbour - although it is a long street, so it would depend on what end of George Street the storage place is.
I have a better idea - leave your bags with me for the week! I don't charge much....well nothing really...except maybe a Margarita or two.
Happy to look after your luggage while you visit the Northern Territory and Queensland. And as I work in the city - in Pitt Street actually (your hotel is very close to my office, in the next block), returning it to you sometime on 30 October will not be a problem. :D

Carol...Maybe for a few more margaritas, Robyn will do your laundry while she holds the bags...CJ

Carol,
You are much too organized. I have our "go clothes' just about ready, but I won't pack until the day before we leave. If I packed ahead, I would have to go back and take out all the things Charles added. Our itineraries are somewhat similar for the cruise, but when I checked, we are never at the same port on the same day.

Wishing both Carol and Lena
a great cruise across the Pacific.
You are in for a fabulous time ,
with two special "Line" crossings.
King Neptune, and entourage, at the equator......
and the day that does not exist,
as you cross the date line.
