Not a cruise but this is the closest thread I can find to post this. Diana and I are leaving Thursday, Nov 1 for Honolulu with son, daughter and their families for a week on Oahu. We have rented a 3 bedroom house on the beach at Waimanalo. Daughter-in-law has never been so we promised her a trip some time ago. Should be fun with 2 5-year olds and a 3 year old. THere is a remote possibility of a stalk at the Duke Kahanamoku statue in Waikiki sometime during the week. Once we have set a time, I will try to get on daughter's laptop to post it here. We are trying to set this up for the other grandparents. Will do a quick review on the non-cruise thread when we get back.

Hawaii is the prettiest place I've visited so far. I have very fond memories of the 15 days I spent there in 1992 - Honolulu, Pearl Harbor, Waimea Falls, Hanauma Bay snorkeling, Waikiki Beach, Dole plantation, North Shore, all flora and fauna - and no snakes!! Mark :)

My agent rang me today to tell me they have my ticket for 6th December, makes me even more excited now :D :D :D :D

Our tickets arrived in today's post :) only 1 month today !!!!! I am getting excited, you would think this was my first cruise :lol:

Got my ticket today, 4 weeks tomorrow :D Got the coach to Southampton booked as well :D Just the packing to do now :o
