Whilst in Piraeus we are doing a P&O shore excursion trip along the Corinth Canal. There was a mention of a possibility of tendering on the last itinerary P&O supplied.

Corinth Canal is interesting...But unless the ship sends a tender to give passage through it...all you do is stand on the bridge and look down...CJ

I think this is the road bridge on the Corinth Canal that CJ is talking about.
And looking from the opposite direction.
I THINK the tour was on a small boat sailing through the canal, but it was booked so long ago I am not 100% sure.
Looks awfully high, not sure how my vertigo would like being at the top of it!! :D :D Could be yet another trip with my eyes shut!

Wasn't the Corinth Canal in one of the James Bond movies? I seem to
recall a speedboat chase that was in a similar location. Maybe that will
be part of the excursion, Jo.

I have all the comforts of home in the corner.
And at times I have visitors from the Forum.
So far no one has taken a 5 month world cruise, for then I would become a part of the wall. :shock:
I love it and Liz will now want one too !
After many days in that corner I find I am having more and more of these :
