Now, interesting...Do you see the little silver car in the KielKanalLive cam? It is there in the Royal Princess pic, too. With RP, there was a fellow in light tan pants and light green shirt taking pictures. Well, he is there...with friends...in the Hanseatic pic...And the car shows up at the bridge with boot open, and he is there, too. Must have really had the pedal to the metal! Bet the can't make it down to Schacht-Audorf, though. And the sun would be in the wrong place, anyway. CJ

Liz, I have had that trouble with the direct link closing down IE. I solved it by emailing the pic to myself, and then doing a 'save pic as'. Royal Princess leaving the Kiel Fjorde:

:roll: I used the direct link, refresing fine, but twice IE decided it had to close and I missed the capture :rant: Had a nice one of a ferry dodging between Hanseatic and the freighter in front of her. Someday, one of them is going to cut it too close :shock: Does look awfully close! :shock:

I believe this is Mare Frisium in the Kiel locks. I saw her right behind Prinsendam on AIS Live Kiel before the first cam, and forgot to watch for her, and then her AIS disappeared...

Was surfing the cams and this ship came into view: There was no AIS showing in that part of the canal, but I think she might be Antigua, sister of Mare Frisium? Doesn't look quite the same...
