Manchester Ship Canal Cruise
To all of us in the UK, would any of you fancy a group Manchester Ship Canal Cruise in 2008? Or anyone outside the UK, for that matter. The vessels provide excellent facilities including a licensed bar and servery selling refreshments and snacks throughout the cruise. The cruise costs £33.00 per person (£31 for seniors citizens and children) and includes return bus transfer to take you back to your starting point at the end of the cruise. http://www.merseyferries.co.uk/manchester-scc/index.aspx

The link gives me 'Page cannot be found'...Copy and paste link and then erase the from the end... Looks like Liz could fly in a couple of days early and do one on the 3rd or 4th of May...Nothing fits with our cruise...Even if my sister could take off the extra time...CJ

:whoops: Thanks CJ, the link should work now I have correctrd it. :D It's a shame it does not match up with your cruise, my mum would like to meet her "twin"

And I also would like to meet my twin! CJ

Jo, Which dates are you entertaining Dani? We thought of a meet in the Manchester region. Does this fit in?

Looks interesting though for us Stephen. It is one of those things we keep saying we will do and haven't got round to! We will keep an eye on dates that suit other people.

She and Pat will be staying down South for a few days before going home. A shame. The only dates that I really need to avoid are my Marking Training days- usually a Saturday at the end of April and middle of May; and as yet we have had no indication of when they will be ( or the invitation to mark) so if I can I will fit in with other people.

It is one of those things we keep saying we will do and haven't got round to! I know what you mean, we keep looking at it and thinking about it, but not got past that stage. Hopefully we will be able to find a date that ok for everyone. :)

alanm- 11-05-2007

Count me in, either end May or August.....or anytime really :D

Liz- 11-05-2007

 Hmmmmm, QE2 gets back to Soton on 21 May

alanm- 11-05-2007
