Others will give you a better answer but in the meantime - this is a Bat Falcon, everpresent here.... There was a character many years ago called "Panama Hattie" and I've always assumed it's a word play on that, combined with the "Panama Hat"

Your welcome Stephen, I too liked the fireworks one as for the Disney being fake can't answer that, however the beauty of Disney World is that everything is fake, at times it’s good to escape to the land of make believe. Haven’t been there in fifteen years but I thoroughly enjoy the Small World ride and wish that in the future I visit the countries that it represents and I'm greeted with a smile if not in song. :D :D :D

He hates the bird, the poor electrician, who has to climb the ladder to maintain the cam, when he
recognizes he forgot his gloves, reaching the upper steps.
