Dani, we have a nice Bass Pro in Savannah, but it is really small potatoes compared to Cabela's...My sister took me there when I was in PA. I think the one in Nebraska may be even bigger...CJ

Oh no Stephen, we never closed- its only the schools who rely on school buses. + if you live in the Pennines you are considered hardy, as my headmaster( boss) told the children;
'I walked on walls to get here, so you can make the effort.'
I would have drawn the line at that, as we lived 7 miles away, but our car 'lived out' on a bus route for 3 weeks at a time some years and I did not try the hilly route.
Thankgoodness we have not had weather like that for a few years and we do own a 4by4 now.
