Liz, I do not think the sailboats are still racing.. They may have been doing so in the open waters. The channel is too narrow to race in. It would need to be 2 miles wide to have reaching and running legs.

Switch back trail, did enough of those in Colorado on a horse. Then from some of the pictures that we saw, Switch Back also means the prod on the the donkey's rear. Double Switch Back. Wonder how long it takes to get up there on the little critters. The Cable car is faster ? :lol:
