It never is when you want it.It is also mounted on a "filmsy" steel rail and gets gets blown about by the wind.
I have to go to the city tomorrow for a meeting at the Sky City Convention Centre,so I might zoom up the tower and see what can I can see.
The Sky Tower would be a perfect spot for a webcam????
